直接采购原因说明：采购合同履行中，满足原有采购项目一致性或服务配套的要求，采购人需追加与合同标的相同的货物、工程或者服务。在不改变合同其他条款的前提下，可以与原供应商协商签订补充合同，除续保服务及售后运维服务外，所有补充合同的采购金额不得超过原合同采购金额的百分之十。 

Reason for Direct Purchase: During the performance of the procurement contract, to meet the consistency or supporting service requirements of the original procurement project, the purchaser needs to add goods, works or services identical to the subject matter of the contract. Without changing other terms of the contract, a supplementary contract may be negotiated and signed with the original supplier. Except for renewal services and after-sales operation and  maintenance services, the procurement amount of all supplementary contracts shall not exceed ten percent of the procurement amount of the original contract.

9. 采购文件的递交及开标 / Submission of Quotation Documents and Bid Opening 

9.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（报价截止时间，下同）为 登录后查看 19:00:00，报价应在截止时间 登录后查看 19:00:00 前通过浪潮电子采购平台（#）递交电子报价文件。 

9.1 The deadline for submission of quotation documents (hereinafter referred to as quotation deadline) is 登录后查看 19:00:00. Electronic quotation documents shall be submitted via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (#) before 登录后查看 19:00:00.

9.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。

9.3 Bid opening time: 登录后查看 19:00:00. Respondents shall attend the quotation activity and sign in online on time. Failure to sign in shall be deemed as acceptance of bid opening records, and any objection raised afterwards against bid opening results shall be invalid.
